The steps below will give you a better idea for how our franchise granting process works. You are currently in the midst of
STEP 1.

		Candidate Initial Inquiry
		Candidate gathers basic information Candidate provides basic information to ERS Candidate decides if they have further interest
		Application & Qualification Process
		Candidate submits detailed information ERS sends allows access to more detailed information, including the Franchise Disclosure Document ERS calls candidate to discuss if Franchise may be a good fit
		Extensive research
		Two-way assessment exchange Candidate validates the business model ERS validates the Candidate
		Discovery Day
		In person, two-way interview of the Candidate and the opportunity
		Committee review of candidate Consideration
		ERS determines if the Candidate is a good match for the Business Model Candidate confirms if he or she chooses to continue in the process
		Decision Day
		ERS to communicate with the Candidate
